X-rays help our team ensure the integrity of your tooth roots and gums, and identify any potential problems early on.
New patients will receive their complimentary teeth whitening kit when they come in for their first appointment (some exclusions may apply). At your appointment, Dr. Siverson will show you how to use the whitening kit so you can get started right away.
Once you've been examined and Dr. Siverson has an understanding of your oral health, we can recommend an appropriate treatment plan. We also welcome you to join the Forest Lake Smiles Dental Savings Plan for discounts on services and care. Call our office with any questions, or to get started!
We accept Delta Dental (PPO/Premier), MetLife, United Concordia, Premier Dental Network, and Health Partners insurance plans. We also accept CareCredit as an option for third party financing.
